Leena Pradhan-Nabzdyk, PhD, MBA
Chief Executive Officer


Leena Pradhan-Nabzdyk, PhD, MBA, is an accomplished life scientist.  As a faculty member at Harvard Medical School since 2005, she has successfully developed alliances between industry and academia while mentoring and guiding students and postdoctoral fellows. She’s developed and led multi-disciplinary research and development projects in the fields of diabetes, cardiovascular and allied areas.

Dr. Pradhan-Nabzdyk is a frequent speaker at industry and academia events, including Supply Side West and Women in Nutraceuticals. She has also presented Canomiks’ research and work at scientific conferences and industry events including at The American Society of Pharmacognosy (ASP) annual conference. She has been featured in Nutraceuticals World and has been panelists and podcast guest on different industry podcasts.. 

Dr. Pradhan-Nabzdyk earned her PhD in Pharmacology from Tulane University, MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and BSc in Biology from The University of Mumbai. 

She serves as co-chair of the Women in Nutraceutical (WIN) science committee, and is a board member of Launch MN (Launch Minnesota) and the Jeremiah Program.

Manoj Bhasin, PhD
Chief Scientific Advisor


Manoj Bhasin, PhD, MS, is a world renowned expert in bioinformatics and genomics.

Currently, he’s Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Bhassin is the director of genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics and systems biology at Emory University, the Aflac director of the single cell biology program at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and a member of the Cancer Immunology research program at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.

Prior to joining Emory University, he was Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and co-director of the Genomics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. 

Dr. Bhasin received his PhD in Bioinformatics from the Institute of Microbial Technology, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He obtained his Masters of Science from Kurukshetra University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School.

Frank W. LoGerfo, MD, FACS
Chairman of the Board


Dr. Frank LoGerfo is the former chief of Vascular Surgery and Chair of the Department of Surgery at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is nationally recognized for his research on vascular bypass grafts and the development of novel techniques to treat patients with diabetes. 

Dr. LoGerfo has authored more than 240 peer-reviewed publications and 55 book chapters. The recipient of several prestigious awards, including the Harold Bengloff Award for Humanism in Teaching from the Department of Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess. He was named the William V. McDermott Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School in 1997 and a Distinguished Professor in 2005. 

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his medical degree from the University of Rochester, School of Medicine and Dentistry.
